Mariaisabel Pasos Ross

Mariaisabel Pasos Ross, age 72 of Hendersonville died Thursday, July 6, 2017 at the Elizabeth House. She was born March 2, 1945 in Rama, Nicaragua and became a citizen of the USA in the 80's. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Walter R. Ross in 2015.
A resident of WNC for 17 years, Ms. Ross lived and worked previously in Washington, DC metro area helping to develop Latin American countries and to improve the quality of life for their people.
Following her retirement, she enjoyed being a community member participating in programs and helping people one-on-one as best as she could. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church.
She is survived by her three children, Karen, Marc and Irene.
A Memorial Mass for Ms. Ross will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 in the Our Lady of Angels Chapel of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church celebrated by Father Roberto Perez.
