Marie worked with my sister, Shirley Mondor, at Home Dairy Co. for several years. We were in a bridge club together for over 50 years and enjoyed getting together to play cards and catch up on all our lives. We watched as her girls grew up and moved to begin their own lives. Myself and Joanne Haiderer are the last living members of our card club. My sympathy to the girls and Tom - I know she will be missed by all. I had planned to come to the funeral but don't want to be out now that the...

I knew Marie mostly through my Mother and Father in Law, Margaret and Ivan Haubenstricker. During family gatherings, or when she would slide in next to me at 6:30 pm Sat evening church service at St Lorenz, she always had this big smile on her face! Almost like she was just waiting until you got together with her again. Her enthusiasm and positivity was so refreshing. I would leave her presence feeling so much better! She knew my family and was always interested in what was happening. We...

Praise God for church and school volunteersMarie was one of the best....a key person to facilitate classroom, VBS and various other projects at St. Lorenz. Our good friend and fellow Mackinaw Bridge walking partner.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Kris, Edith, Kathy and Tom, Our Deepest Sympathy and Prayers for you and families. Loved to visit with your mom and my mother when they volunteered at the church office. In last several years when visiting family we had lunch as a group (Uncles, Aunts, cousins, brothers and sisters) and then while she was at Covenant Glen home in Frankenmuth we also had several nice visits. She is at peace with her Lord and Savior.
