I worked for Mark & Greg during my college days in the 1990s. Mark was a kind and generous soul, and he taught me quite a bit in my year working there. I remember little Maddie and Mark running through the halls of the law office, and Mark lit up when they came in to see him. I chanced to have about a 30-minute chat with Mr. Burroughs after a court appearance several years ago. I walked away feeling honored to have made his acquaintance and surmised in that short time that this was a man whose foundation was clearly one of integrity.
