Martha Zamora

ZAMORA - Martha (Baca) Zamora, 72, a resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, December 30, 2011. She is survived by husband of 51 years, Joe Zamora, daughters, Cindy Gutierrez and husband Peter, Louise Tafoya and husband Ralph, Geralene Martinez and husband Frank Juliette Alarcon and husband Joe, and Bernadette Zamora; sons, Joseph Zamora, Lawrence Zamora, Raymond Zamora and wife Roberta, 18 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and many other family including sisters Mela Gurule, Cathy Olguin and husband Ernest and many friends. Mrs. Zamora was preceded in death by her parents, Teofilo Baca y Campos and Catalina Otero Baca, brothers, Leo Campos, Louie Campos, Orlando Baca and sister Lucille Martinez. Martha was a member of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Martha graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1958 where she was a cheerleader. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and nurturing grandmother and she will be dearly missed.
