Marty Allen

M.W. was a great friend,law enforcement official, and a great guy. He truly loved his family and enjoyed talking about their activities and their accomplishments. He was a great mentor to his fellow law enforcement members, both inside and outside the WVSP. I was one of those members outside the WVSP. He taught me how to understand and investigate individuals within southern West Virginia. Big guy you will be missed. Your friend, Jim Bob
