Not sure what to say?

After reading about your husband and dad, I feel it is my loss that I did not get the chance to chat with him about our shared family line. He sounds like a well loved and enjoyable man.I'm very sorry for your loss, you have my heartfelt sympathies.

Like others, my introduction to Kersey genealogy came from Marv. He generously shared his data base, encouraged me, and revealed a great love for his work.
His was mentoring of the first rank.

I was so shocked and sad to hear of this terrible accident. I remember when he and Teresa rode the STP together on a tandem many years ago. And he continued to love biking for so many years. Sylvia and Teresa, I am so very sorry for your loss. Marv was such a genuine nice honest guy and a...

My thoughts are prayers go with you and your family. I only knew Marv from the Kersey discussion list, but he inspired me and encouraged me in my own search for Kersey history. He had a special gift and a generous spirit and will be missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are being sent with this e-mail that you will have some comfort in knowing how much this Kersey family appreciated Marv. Deb Kersey Clune
