My husband and I came to Norfolk in 1952 as teenage newlyweds in the Navy. The Lord led me to Tabernacle Church while Bill was on sea duty and I was warmly welcomed by everyone, but especially John & Lolly. I remember Mrs. Dunlap well from my early years as a teenager at the Tab. She was a remarkable woman....such a gracious lady and loved the Lord with her whole being.
