Mary Holland was an incredible mentor to me when I first became a Girl Scout leader almost 20 years ago and had no clue what I was doing. I'm still a leader and she will always serve as an inspiration to me. Mary completely understood that scouting is about the girls and always allowed me to lead my troops in the way that worked for my girls. I have nothing but the deepest respect for this incredible woman. She will be missed!
