Dear Lou and Erica, I was so sorry to hear of your mother´s death. She and your father were dear friends of ours. I will always remember the many times we went to theater, the temple, political meetings, our chaverah, and just socializing. Singing in the car to Goodnight Irene and other folk songs together was so much fun because it seemed so incongruous because I thought your parents were so conservative! I was really wrong.
