Send FlowersMcCreary, Mary Louise "Nana" Age 80, passed away September 25, 2011. She was employed by Slicks Cleaner, Beautician Margaret, AL and a Day Care Provider. She was a member of Centennial United Methodist Church. She was a member of the United Methodist Women President, church trustee, Sunday School and Bible Teacher, Choir member, Communion Steward, Worship Leader, Pastor's Parrish, Board of Administration and Sunday Superintendent. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles McCreary; son, Oliver L. Williams; mother, Tressie B. Williams; father, Tom Paul Williams; brothers, George Wright, Luther Carr Williams and sister, Bernice Holster. She leaves to cherish her loving memory grandson, Anthony T. (Errica) Williams; great grandchildren Jalen Terrill, Joshua Gavin and Sydni Reese; sisters, Helen Hitt, Janie Russell and Parazella (Prince) Taylor and Maggie (Charles) Anderson; brother in law Freddie E. (Nettie) McCreary and a host of family and friends. Visitation and Funeral Service will be Friday Saturday October 1, 2011 at Centennial United Methodist Church 777 Rhode Island Street Gary, Indiana. To the family, Mrs. Mccreary was nice lady and I know her while attending church. She was a sweet person. she took good care of us when our mother died in 2006 and grandmother died in 1999.
