MaryAnn Giovacco

GIOVACCO – MaryAnn (nee Walsh), 73, of Clifton, passed away on August 16, 2011 at home. Born in Orange, New Jersey, Mrs. Giovacco was raised in Newark before moving to Clifton 47 years ago. Prior to retiring, she was employed as a teacher at St. John Kanty School in Clifton for 22 years. Survivors include: her beloved husband, Robert Giovacco; four loving children, Lisa Giovacco and her husband, Alvaro Castillo of NJ, Denise Marchioni and her husband, Michael of Texas; Tricia Johnson and her husband, Patrick of Wyoming and Brian Giovacco and his wife, Christine of NJ; her dear sister, Joan Walsh of Massachusetts; and eight loving grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday 9:15 am from the Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton and 10:00 am at St. John Kanty R.C. Church, 49 Speer Ave., Clifton. Interment to follow. Visiting will be Thursday from 4 to 8 pm.
