Mary, Tom & Carsten, we are both shocked and saddened by the news of Matt's passing. He was Jana's first little boyfriend at Grey Mare Nursery School in Waukesha and we have many fond memories. He is gone way too soon. We send our sincere condolences at this extremely sad and difficult time. You will be in our thoughts and prayers now and in the time to come.

Matt was a great man. As a military vet, I respect the amount of loyalty and service he showed to his country. We will always remember the fact that he always made us laugh everytime we got together. Rest In Peace Matt!

Again our hearts go out to you. It is not the natural order of events that one should loose a child. It is very difficult. We will be there for you.

Good bye my friend. As an only child, friendships take on special meaning in my life. Matt's friendship meant the world to me. He was like a brother I never had. We had many interests in common, most importantly music. Matt & I loved all the same performers. We loved talking music, sports and wrestling. The child in each of us would always come out when we bought a new album or won a auction on an old collectors piece. Football was also an important part of our Sunday's. I am 17 years older than Matt, he loved to ask me questions about rock music that came before his time, the concerts I have been to and TV trivia. I felt lucky to live across the street from my friend. My wife and I had many a dinner at his home. Matt and his wife Kerstin always made us feel right at home and treated us like family. I was lucky to have Matt in my life. I love you my friend, I will miss you.

Sincere condolences to the entire Buehler family. Although we lost touch after he left Wisconsin, I fondly remember playing soccer, fishing, and spending time together. God bless.
