Dear Veronica and Chris,
I was sadden to hear of the home going of your mother. I first met you mother when she left the Foster Grandparent Program to go home to start her family. She trained me to do her job there. I remained for about five years. If I am correct, after I left, she returned there and continued to work for a number of years. I am grateful I had an opportunity to know such a wonderful person. May the Peace of God continue to be with you and your family.

Dear Veronica and Chris,
Your mom was my sister-in-law, sister and a very close friend to me. We shared a lot during our lifetime together. Mattie was loving, kind, compassionate, smart and had great people skills, she is being remembered here in New Jersey by all who met her when she visited here. She will be greatly missed physically but the memories will continue in my heart of her. My prayer is may all the great love and the works that she shared with family, friends and humanity...

Veronica and Chris,

She kept me updated about where and what our family members were doing. I will always and forever be proud to say she was my sweet...
