Melvin Groepel

I immediately recognize the name, Mel Groepel. I've heard my father mention it so many times over a 30+ year period, that I will never forget it. My father was John Gripe, who worked for Young America Homes, a staple in the Sonoma County home building industry, for so much of the 1960's-1980's. My father worked with Mel many times through business, and it was always a pleasure.
