Not sure what to say?

I heard about Melvin's untimely tragedy in a round-about way and, needless to say, I am extremely sadden over his loss I am sure that, although a loss, his memories will live on forever, as there were many good moments that we all had with him.

I have completed my contractual obhligations for some time now and trying to get back into the run of the mill thanks in large part to the VA who has been helping me in this adjustment. I had planned on contacting you but I simply did not get...

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Bonnie, I'm so sorry Al and I were out of town and not able to attend the services for Melvin. I hold so many memories of our growing up next door to each other. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Bonnie and Family, God be with you all. Clara and I were so sorry to hear of your husbands passing. Mel you will be missed by so many from Willow Point. You would always brighten our day with your smiles and stories. you always would lend a helping hand even though it wasn't your job. We will miss seeing your smiling face when we make our visits to Willow Point, but we know you are in God's care now, no more pain or suffering.... Your freinds Joyce and Clara.

Our sympathy to the entire Shimer family on the loss of your husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. Keep your memories close to your heart and he will always be with you. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Bonnie, his love for you is never ending. Stay strong through your memories & your family.
Kids although you likely don't remember me as you saw little of me your dad was proud of his family.
Melvin you have left a vast emptiness in my heart. I remember our childhood fun like playing hide n seek around the house and in the barn & hay mow. You were the best cousin I ever had.
