Not sure what to say?

I remember meeting with him in Houston working for Martindale-Hubbell. He was awesome! Had a wonderful gentle disposition. One of my favs! So very sorry to hear of his passing. May you live even more blessed in heaven with the King of Kings!

Having already lost Wally Mahoney(‘69) more than a year ago, now losing Mike (‘72) is a huge loss to the Houston Family Law Bar generally and we Dallas Jesuit grads, in particular. They were my go-to
most trustworthy attorneys upon whose counsel I relied completely. I was blessed to have known Mike, his parents, sister and brother since Jesuit and was so pleased to learn he was practicing in Houston. Far too young.
He shall never be further than our hearts.

I am so sad to hear this news. I will miss him. I pray for his family. Rest in peace Mike.

Mike, as my attorney, was a pillar of strength as I went through a tough legal
situation few years ago. He was a kind & thoughtful person.

Am sorry to hear about this loss and pray that God's comfort will be on Debra and
the family during this difficult time. RIP Mike.

Daniel

Sending prayers to Debbie. Mike was my late husband’s best friend. I’m sending healing love. Hoping you know the kindest hearts have light in heaven. Micheal Lawerence Herndon is illuminated

It's a rare lawyer (and person) that has the intelligence and temperament to really guide someone through the most trying times of one's life. Michael was such a man. I am sure that I am only one of many that he helped through a trying time. I came to consider him a friend and will miss him much. My deepest condolences for his wife and family.

Always the enthusiast, Mike’s smile greeted you instantly. His journey from Braniff to attorney is colorful and admirable. His easy-going manner equipped him to navigate steadily through life. Gosh I’ll miss his out of the box thinking and his quick wit. We’ve weaved our lives together off and on for 55 years. He leaves a remarkable legacy.
