Michael was born on April 21, 1967 and passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019. He attended Lebanon Community Schools and later moved to Indianapolis. Zdenek of Frankfort, Indiana Sister: Brenda (Brian) Summers of Lafayette, Indiana Several Nieces and Nephews Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, October 10 at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, Indiana 46052. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the funeral home in Lebanon. Inurnment of ashes will be at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon. Memorials may be made to any humane society.
