Dearest Milo, today we're giving thanks for Thanksgiving holidays together at LaPush. Turkey in the oven, raingear on and out for a family hike with the dog. Sometimes fresh crab with lots of butter. We miss you deeply and trust you left because you had something to do and places to go. I have heard that we leave this world when our work here is done. Though it is difficult for us to believe, in those that die young - as Milo did. Our minds can create a plethora of what-ifs... But to no avail. Another reminder that we are not in control of our lives, and that there is a greater picture beyond our understanding. What remains is to honor the principals they lived, the lessons they taught us, the love they gave us, and with Faith move forward on our own path. Stronger, better,...
