Not sure what to say?

Miriam was my neighbor for many years. She along with Burton (another neighbor and Classmate) walked me to St. Gabs for my first grade there. Our lives weaved on and off even after her and my graduation from St. Gabs. For many years I helped unload the "Tasty Cake" trailer with her father.
May Mariam and her parents rest in peace.

I will miss my friend, teacher, and mentor. Miriam was a huge part of my life. She guided me to a life of music and I will always be grateful. So many memories; so much fun. Rest easy, my friend. My heartfelt condolences to the Jamelli family.

Many wonderful memories of Choralairs with Miriam as director. My love, prayers ,and sympathy to her family!

I was in her choir at Holy Rosary several times, including the Mass to celebrate the burning of the mortgage of the new church. Now, she's directing the "Te Deum" in Paradise! My condolences to her family.

I remember Miss Howells (as I knew her then) as encouraging, talented, loving and passionate about music. It was and is truly inspirational. So sorry to hear of her passing, love and prayers for her family.

I remember a kind and wonderful neighbor whose cheerfulness and musical brilliance were just incredible to be around growing up. An elegant, amazing lady. Sending love and the warmest comforting thoughts to a great family.

"Miss Howells," as I knew her, was the most fun teacher ever. She made such an impact on so many kids, and enhanced our high school years by being the catalyst for many memorable adventures. I saw my first Broadway play on a trip she organized. Miss Howells would go out of her way to help a student with any project. She was an inspiration. What a loss.

My sympathy to Miriam's family. I remember her as a kind counselor who cared for the students entrusted to her.
She was willing to assist with music at Holy Redeemer HS whenever the need arose. Her patience and kindness toward colleagues and students will never be forgotten. May she rest in peace.

Mrs. Jamelli was a real gem. Her classes were fun and entertaining. She was always full of energy and had a contagious smile.
