I worked for Mr. Harpole in the late 1970's. He was the most respected and ethical attorney I've ever known. RIP, boss.

arge's and my profound condolences to Sue and all the family; it is a deep loss for all of us. My memories go back through law school and practice over 60 years. Two good things stand out among many: He was totally and enthusiastically immersed in every legal matter we worked on together--(and there were lots, large and small). All of the Harpole family have my heartfelt condolences. Myron meant a lot to my family, he was one of my parents' oldest and truest friends, and was an equally treasured friend to their seven daughters. We will never, ever forget him.

To all of Myron's immediate family and extended family:
We Manchesters here in West Hartford want to send our condolences to all of you. Though we know death is inevitable, we are never completely prepared for the 'void' left in our hearts by the one who has passed. Myron reached out to many people, and we (among them) will always remember his acts of kindness and generosity toward our family.

Ruth and I had a most enjoyable evening with Myron and Sue in early 2011, when I was attending a conference in the L.A. area. I probably hadn't seen Myron in about 50 years! We had a lot to cover, and we exchanged a number of Emails after our visit. Myron was very interested in the entire Manchester family, and he will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with Myron's family. I have always enjoyed hearing about Myron and his family from my brothers and sisters although I had never met any of them personally. I am the youngest of the James and Irma Harpole family whom James was a Brother to Myron's Father.
