For Rosemary, I remember Neil from all the shopping trips we took when he and Sara were toddlers. He giggled and laughed more than
any other baby I knew! You and I have fallen out, but I would like very much to see you. Email me.

Tim and Rosemary,
I just returned from a long weekend visiting my aging and weakening parents in Arizona to learn of Neil's sudden death. I wish I could have personally expressed to you my sympathy. While I am enduring the slow loss of aging and failing parents, the sudden loss of a child is unfathomable. Be reassured in your memories of Neil and bring to all you meet some small speck of Irish happiness that was his to share.

To the family and friends of Neil Cronin:
My husband Bob and I were shocked and saddened to learn of Neil's passing. Although we had only met him a few times, we were immediately impressed with his forthrightness and friendly good nature and we were glad to have had him as a tenant. Our hearts go out to you at this time and we share in your grief.

Neil and Neil's Family,
Neil was a classmate, teammate, and friend of mine. We went to grade school and high school together. He was just a great guy, funny, and fun to be around. About the only bad thing I can say about him was his preference in a certain baseball team. After moving out of state following college, I unfortunately didn't get to hang out as often with Neil, and this is something I now deeply regret. May you rest in peace Neil. You and your family are in my prayers

Dear Rosemary and Tim,
How sad I was to see the news in the paper about your beloved boy. He looks like a fine lad who brought a cheery smile and a grand time to all the lives he touched, and I'm sure your hearts are breaking. I haven't seen you in many years, but I remember Neil as a toddler, when he and Rosemary and my little Sara and I were a foursome trying to stay out of trouble,(at wild places like Burger King, Target, Minnesota Fabrics). Neil was always giggling in his carseat, watching Sara in hers --He was a very happy baby, he was, and already charmin' a wee Irish lass, flirtin' with his best sidelong glances, he was.
Take comfort that he really is in that very green Field of Dreams with the Lord as Team Owner, taking loving care of him until you all will be reunited in joy in that better place. We all "grew up" together, Tim, you said many times, talking about our group going through all those life experiences together--from "THEM" football and the weddings and years of potluck Saturday nights to the first babies and buying our first houses ---and then we all came to your father's funeral, and Pelo said, "I guess this is the next part of life we'll go through together." Never could we have ever imagined the steps you and Rosemary are having to take now.
You have a legion of us old friends, don't forget, plus such a big community of family, Neil's friends and business colleagues to help you through this, to face this, pray and endure. Mourning the loss of a child is the hardest task God gives. Hold on to all the wonderful times. We grieve with you. The Lord loves you more than ever at these times. And so do we. Love,
Mary Carroll, Sara and Bob Barnett

My thoughts and sincere condolences go out to the Sieben, Cronin and the Lynch family and friends. Neil was a great friend who always brought a smile and good times to the room. It was an honor to have known such a wonderful young man and as many can attest, with every encounter, we always walked away feeling like Neil had given so much with his kind words and honest outlook on life. Neil, you will be missed and all your brothers will do their best to celebrate the life you had with us.

Neil and I met 3 years ago through work. We exchanged cards at a work meeting and parted ways.
Three years later we found ourselves at yet another work meeting, and this time our booths were next to each others. Neil still had my card from 3 years earlier. He remembered me, and this time he "decided it was fate" that I was right there- so he asked me on a date.
On our first date he knocked my socks off. We talked and laughed and joked- he made me smile and laugh until closing time when they literally had to kick us out of the bar. Like a gentleman he walked me home and even asked to see me the very next day. From that first night we were both smitten.
He always referred to me as the cats pajamas and the bees knees. As he met my friends, they all loved him. My parents adored him as I adored his family.
Neil made best friends everywhere he went and somehow always managed to make people laugh- even total strangers. I was always in awe of him. His intelligence, maturity, sense of humor, kindness, sweet demeanor, loving ways, and beautiful smile are things we will all miss.
We fell for each other quickly and easily. We enjoyed each other and always talked about just how lucky we both felt to have found one another. I know we saw a future together, and although God had other plans for us, I will always always love and miss my sweet Neil.
I will see you in my dreams.
Love always and forever,
Your Christy
always a smile, always a good time...

To say you'll be missed is a enormous understatement, you had a way of loving people more than they could ever love you back...your heart was huge and your smile just as big. You've meant the world to me as a friend buddy, and I will forever be honored to have had you as a friend and for the memories I will always cherish. Here's to one fine Irishman and the best friend anyone could ever have...may you rest in peace buddy.

To Neil's family: I knew Neil in a different way. He was my dental implant representative. He was so professional!! He did bring smiles to many people in so many ways. I am shocked and saddened with his passing. Neil was the same age as my children. I took a special liking to him. I can't imagine the grief that you now experience. He will be missed by many. My heartfelt prayers go out to all of you.

Neil was a truly genuine guy who loved nature, baseball and life in general. He was adored by our daughter Rachel and he even bought her her first Sox dress. Our son Jack enjoyed his silly faces and elephant impersonations. May Neil rest in peace.
