Not sure what to say?

Dear Norma Jean,

You know, since I was a little boy growing up in Clearlake Park, you and Dave have been close to me like you were my own family. I'll never forget your laughter when you were our Postmaster at the Park post office and that big Tom cat that was your pet.

You are already missed by me. And I know you will be looking over your husband. And I hope you will look over me so I know you will be there some time to say, "Hello", to me.

I love you, Norma Jean. ...

My deepest condolences to the family of Norma. I first met this wonderful woman when I opened a postal box in Clearlake Park in 1968. She was such a striking woman to observe: tall, beautiful, stylish and with perfect posture. And she was always down to earth and friendly.

Norma and her husband, Dave, have always been courteous and kindly to me an my family. As humans, they are both a blessing to mankind.

May you rest in peace, dear, Norma in the loving arms of our heavenly...

I miss you, Norma. I have so many beautiful memories of you in my childhood and my adulthood. You have always had the kindest heart I have ever known and I will always remember your beauty and your poise. I am so lucky and proud to call you my cousin.

Aunt Norma, you and Uncle Dave were always there for any of us when we needed you. I am so glad you got to spend your final days in your home on the lake that you loved so much. I hope you are now surrounded by your loved ones who passed on before you. We will never forget you. Love, Candy

Aunt Norma, I miss you so much already. You played such a big part in my years of visiting Lake Co. on vacation. Your presence will be hugely missed. You will ALWAYS be in my thoughts. RIP. Love, Debbie

I will never forget Norma as a wonderful, beautiful friend. I still have the same P.O. box she saved for me that belonged to my Father when he and my Mother moved to Clearlake many years ago.I am happy to have known her and will miss her.

I will miss Norma so much. She was such a wonderful lady and I will never forget her kindness to me.

RIP Norma, I've known you since I was 14 years old and now I'm 64! You used to be our postmaster when I was growing up in Clearlake Park. You were one of the classiest ladies I've ever known. A friend to my mom Lori back in the day and so many more people. Everyone loved you. My prayers go out to the family at this difficult time. Linda Dinnel Hammes xo
