To the Rice family,
I was shocked to hear of Norman's passing. I have fond memories of our childhood spending time on the horse ranch in Vermont. Norman was a fun loving good guy.

Norm was one of the finest engineers I have ever had the privilege of working with, and his approach to business relationships was exceptional. We did some great things together with worldwide effect. I will always cherish memories of our 10-15 years of collaboration.

Cheryl, Adam and Alexia...Stormin Norman profoundly affected where I am today...recommending me in 1990 to a Pacific NW Co so that we could continue to work fruitfully together...he was a superb facillitator so that buisness and friendhip could be simultaneously accomplished...I would say I learned from Norm- work to work with those you want to work and trust with...I spoke at length with him Jan 2015- very proud of his family...

From then until the last time I saw him in 2000, we were co-workers, partners and most of all friends. I took a job at a start up in 2000 and spent the next 4 years just working. I lost track of a lot of people. Every once in a while I would go by Norm's house in Milford to see if he was out in the yard because I wasn't sure that was his house any more. I always thought I would once again...
