We were sorry to hear of Orpha's passing, but know she is in a better place. So glad we got to visit her when we were home at christmas time.

After reading Orpha's obituary, I recognized her smiling face from Herbst reunions as my mother's cousin. It was often mentioned that my mother (Hazel Miller Channell) resembled her. I very much agree. Hazel is Amanda and Rudy's daughter. She passed away of cancer 10 years ago. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. I have fond memories of attending the reunions years ago with my grandmother, Amanda. She enjoyed coming so much, a chance to see her brothers and sisters and relatives.

We were sorry to hear about Orpha. She was a great neighbor and always pleasant. I am sure she is in heaven looking down. We offer our sympathy to her family.

For our "neighbor Sonny" and family, deepest sympathy from Connie Sheely Good and Marion Sheely. Marion saw your mom in July and she spoke only of you, Norman. As a kid I adored Orpha; she was always so warm and welcoming and put up with so much from you and me! You are very much in our thoughts and prayers and fond memories. Love, Connie
