I am so sorry to hear that Pattie died. She was a wonderful person who held a special place in our hearts. Pattie was always so interested in our lives and what our children were up to. I will remember her with a beautiful smile on her face, being positive and upbeat & most of all.. so caring & so interested in other people. I will miss you, Pattie!

Patti was one of the loveliest women I ever knew, and a dear friend from the time we moved to Dallas in 1984. Her affection for me and my family, her slowness to irritation or anger no matter how significant the provocation, and her consistent willingness to hear out others' stories were special gifts to me. We had a long tradition of dinners together. The last time we met was just before COVID, and in the back of my mind was the thought that it is time for another dinner with Patti. I am sad...
