Not sure what to say?

A.J.: I just learned of your husband's passing and want to add my sympathy to what you have already received. He, as you, certainly was a huge benefit to the community as a whole. Life as a single is quite different and not particularly inviting. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Alice Jane: I can never express the sorrow we felt when we learned of Paul's death. The world is simply not the same. He was a good friend, a creative spirit and a person whose commitments and loyalties are numerous. He shall be missed by many. There is no one save you and the family who shall miss Paul Jenkins more than the Aupperles. Talk with you soon.

Jack

Dear AJ, My thoughts are with you and your family in your time of sorrow...

Dear Alice Jane, Davis, Ted, and Wally

Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of Paul. It was an honor and a privilege for me to have had the opportunity to work under Paul for many years. He led by example and instilled a loyalty for and a love of the Benedum Foundation. Paul appreciated each and every employee and took great pride in the work we helped him to accomplish. There is no doubt that Paul was a man who was deeply devoted and committed to his family, and he...

Dear Alice Jane, Davis, Ted and Walter,
My sincere sympathy at the death of your husband and father. Paul was a faithful member of First Church and his presence will be missed. God bless and comfort you all.
The Rev. David Lynn Griffith (former First Church Assistant Minister)

A.J.: I send my deepest and heart-felt sympathy to you and your family on the death of Paul. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Eleanor Crossley

Hi A.J.,

Dorothy H. called and told me about Paul. I was ready to drive to Pittsburgh tomorrow morning, Sunday ,but when Betsy R. said you will not be seeing individuals after the memorial service I decided to wait and get together with you individually at a later date so we can just talk.
Know that you and your family are in my prayers and thoughts since I heard the news.
Did send memorial contribution in his name to First United Methodist Church.

WAlly: Sorry for your loss. I will remember your family in my prayers. We are traveling so I will not be able to attend the viewing.
Lou Walsh

Dear Wally: Nothing but the tincture of time cures the pain of loss. It is good to remember that the shared memories mellow and grow sweeter as time passes. As long as youhave shared recollections of good times, your father is still with you. May grief rest lightly on your heart.
