Paul K. Lynner Sr.

I feel so stupid not to have kept track enough to know he had passed away. I played for Coach Lynner at Hofstra shortly before he retired from that position. And I've had a lot of them, but he was about the best all around coach I've ever had, in terms of being both a great player and a great teacher. On top of that, I'd have to say my favorite quality about him was his sense of humor and timing. Anyone who can ignore some belligerent coach from another team, literally standing two feet away...
