RIP Skip.you I think you2nd or 3 rd cousin. Susan Byrnes

I am just finding out about the passing of Paul e. Skip Strombeck. MY father kept his boat at Skippers Marina for years. My family and I spent a lot of time there. It was a warm and friendly place to go to in the midst of the chaotic business life my dad led. My dad was James E. Jameson, who passed away in 2002 at 59 years of age. I will always treasure my memories of our time out on the boat and hanging around at the marina, I was young, but still clearly remember the Downscopes! Both...

I knew Skip for several years in the 1960's. George A., Charlie J., and myself had many many good times with Skip. He was a great guy then and I'm sure he was a wonderful guy to the end. My sincere condolences to his family. Memories of Skip will always bring a smile to my face!God Bless

I am proud to have known Skip as a fraternity brother, and friend. He was quite an individual that always had time for everyone. All of us of Delta Chi of Central Missouri are honored to call him a brother. Skip is deeply missed by us all.

Skip, You were an Amazing Delta Chi brother. You treated everyone with respect, you shared you're heart, you lead us by example. The Central Missouri Chapter of Delta Chi will always have you in our hearts. We celebrated you're life at our Annual Alumni Float Trip over the weekend with a few moments of silence and then raised our glasses with a Downscope toast to you. Rest In Peace, Skip....

Thank you Patty Nunes Browall for all you did for Skip. You have taken care of him for the past few years. Thank you to your husband Butch for all his help too. You took on a big task and made Skips last few years more comfortable for him. I speak from my side of the family THANK YOU. Your cousin.
