Penney Vernatter Obituary
Penney M. Vernatter, 68, of Vienna, West Virginia passed away peacefully in her home in Pampa, Texas on Friday, June 23, 2023.
Preceded in death by her father, Troy Murray, Penney was survived by her husband of 50 years, Wesley Vernatter, and her mother, Patsy Murray, as well as 3 brothers, Harold Murray, Joe Murray, and Dirk Murray. For over 40 years, Penney dedicated her life to the care and raising of her five children, Joshua Vernatter, Daniel Vernatter, Hannah Shultz, Andrew Vernatter, and Peter Vernatter. She loved spending time with her grandchildren the most.
Penney spent her life serving others and teaching generations to know and serve God.
Penney will be laid to rest in West Virginia at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family can be contacted about donations for a mission project in Belize that is dear to their heart.
