James Britton Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Winegeart Funeral Home on Dec. 2, 2025.
James Micheal "Beau" Britton Age 65 • Pampa, Texas
James Micheal Britton, lovingly known as "Beau," passed away at his residence in Pampa, Texas, on October 28, 2025, at the age of 65. He was born April 26, 1960, to James Britton and Ruby Caviness.
Beau graduated from Pampa High School, where he enjoyed playing football and was a member of the wrestling team. During his school years, he also modeled for Bealls clothing store.
A man of deep faith, Beau was a strong believer in God and spent much of his time in the Word. He was known for his big personality and bright smile, which touched many lives during his years working at Allsup's and delivering Domino's pizzas-always bringing warmth and kindness to those he met. In his younger years, Beau sang in several bands, sharing his love of music, Jesus, and family.
Beau is preceded in death by his grandchild Aiden; his parents, Ruby and James; his brother, Sam, and sister, Cynthia.
He is survived by his daughters, Tiffiney Britton, Shailey Campbell, and Elizabeth Flynn; grandchildren, Ashantae, Alina, Akeem, Aaron, Aspyn, Nevaeh, Amori, Elizabeth, and Aulani; a great-granddaughter Nahla; and his sister, Belinda. He will be deeply missed by many, including his best friend, Ryan Damron.
In honor of Beau's wishes, there will be no formal services. The family has entrusted the cremation care of their loved one to Winegeart Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
