Clifford was born on October 7, 1963, in Pampa to Clifford and Mary Jane Mynear. He grew up and attended school in Pampa before going to work for White Deer Feed and Seed. Clifford also worked as a laborer for several construction crews until he decided to attend Frank Phillips College and become an electrician. Clifford worked as an electrician with Duke Electric Company for more than 20 years, most of it at the Phillips plant in Borger.
Clifford would eventually marry the love of his life, Lisa Taylor in 1988 and the two have been happily together for the last 37 years. He was a big rodeo fan and was a faithful member of the White Deer Riding Club. Clifford also loved Country and Western music and enjoyed watching western and action movies, his favorite actors were Steven Seagal and Jean-Claude Van Damme. He and his wife Lisa were avid Dallas Cowboy fans, watching every game they could.
Clifford was known for his ability and willingness to help others, never saying no when anyone asked him for help. He was a very laid back man with a great sense of humor who often joked about his “sensitive” side.
Clifford was preceded in death by his parents; a niece, Ela Marie Earhart; and a great-great-nephew, James Koda Canida.
Clifford is survived by his wife, Lisa Mynear, of the home; two sisters, Tammy McGee, of Pampa, and Lucinda Mann, of Lubbock; two sons, Judson Mynear, and Jayden Mynear, both of White Deer; a daughter, Jacey Allison and husband Daniel of Sunray; three grandsons, Kade Mynear, Klayton Allison, and Kyle Allison; nine nieces and nephews; and seventeen great-nieces and nephews; as well as numerous other extended family members and friends.
