Not sure what to say?

Melissa and Joy I'm so sorry for your loss. I didn't know till now. Perry was an awesome lady. I had her for 12 years for a dance teacher. Perry was the best. Use to call her every year many years ago on or around her birthday. Perry will be greatly missed. She teaching dancing in heaven now. RIP Perry.

For 45 years "PERRY's" week was an event like no other. I would arrive on Monday and set-up backgrounds as we proceeded to photograph every one of Perry Woodard School of Dance students. Every dancer, every costume no one left out. Perry wanted every child to shine. She and her instructors would pose each of these dancers assuring them of a dance specific pose. I was responsible for getting the expression, aided by parents and teachers for the wee ones. Miss Perry had the best recital...

I was a baton teacher for Perry when she was working at the Masonic Temple. I had taught for another dance teacher in Bay City. When I switched over to Perry. My baton teaching world was appreciated and Admired. Perry´s recitals we´re beyond any that I have ever seen. The thought put into a theme- the dances- the baton routines and costumes were so fabulous. My twirling a fire baton At my last recital for Perry- was a moment I will never forget. The memories and laughs we had together. She...

My father Michael L. Crovella, Vice-President of Delta College, was Lynn Conways' best friend. Lynn was the Athletic Director at Delta College. I remember the wonderful things he would say about Lynn and his wife Perry. She was a sweetheart. My husband Rick has two daughters that took dance lessons at Perrys' studio, and have only great things to say about the experiences there. In the last couple years I met Perry again when she would come to exercise class at Old Town Gym with her good...

Perry was my dance teacher for around 6 years. I took tap, ballet and acrobatics. I have many memories of the Perry Woodward School of Dance and the recitals we had every year.

I´m so sad to hear Perry passed away. I was among her first students when she started teaching in her basement on the corner of Trumbull and 10th street. I remember the move to the Masonic Temple. I spent most Saturdays taking classes and helping with the little ones. She instilled a love of dance in me that I still have today. My daughter started classes with Perry when she was 3. We moved away shortly after but she continued to dance all the way through college. What a great gift she gave...
