My cousin Peter was an integral part of our clan of cousins while we were growing up. He was exceptionally creative and introspective, an old soul in a young body, and a person who greatly enjoyed philosophical conversations and a chance to discuss life's mysteries. He was always eager to spend time with the family, basking in the company of others, but was never uncomfortable marching to the sound of his own tune.
