Phyllis A. Carter

Phyllis was my first best friend. We were neighbors on Willard Street in Galesburg. I meet Phyllis when her family moved two doors down from my childhood home. We were probably 4 or 5 years old. We spent a lot of time together as little girls, playing dolls, camping out for overnights in the summer. She had a wonderful mother, Elva. Her house with 5 kids was always a busy place. My condolences to Wanda, Jeanette and Dean and Gene.
