R. Matthew Songer

I met Matthew in the 1st grade. We were lifelong friends, although not close because of much different paths in life. We still would run into each other from time to time and that old friendship would rekindle each time. He was a gifted person, sometimes a little qwerky but always a treasured friend. We all meet with a lifetime ahead of us and with the blink of an eye all we have left are the memories. Rest in peace Matthew. You will be missed.

I am so sorry for your loss. Matthew was a unique guy that brought joy to us as he helped us at the farm. Rita, our prayers are with you.

I still have a very precious painting that Mathew painted in highschool. He simply painted it from a postcard. I will treasure it and have a little piece of Mathew in my heart always.

My deepest sympathies to the family in the loss of a loved one. To those who have accepted Christ and await us in Heaven, we will see again. Sadness and pain on earth, but what joy awaits us all.
