Not sure what to say?

We are truly sorry...we have not been in contact for a long time. My father and mother were very close friends of theirs. I remember Ray fondly

I had the pleasure to work with Ray at Valley for many years.

I´m so sad to hear of Rays passing. It has been many years since I´ve seen either of you, but know that you and your family have been in my thoughts many times. Irene, hang on to the strength that has been with you always. Love and prayers to you and your family. You have many old friends who love you and share your sorrow.

Dear Irene and family. I´m so sorry for your loss. Since I only saw this obituary on October 18 forwarded by our mutual friend, Sandra Ide, there was no opportunity for me to send a card or message earlier. Please be comforted by your strong Catholic faith ...you are in my prayers. With love and blessings to you,

We just learned of Ray´s passing in the sheet metal 104 News. We are thinking you and hoping your memories of special times bring you comfort.

It is always sad to learn of a SH '53 classmate passing, but I do have the fond memory of Ray, Don Bruneman, and I skipping out after a convocation to go to Roos Brothers sports department to watch the latest NFL highlights film. Brother Columban wasn't pleased.

My father Charlie Andrews employed Ray for many years. I remember Ray as a kind, soft spoken man who was loyal to Valley . My dad was tough but I can attest that he loved and respected him. My sisters and I have many memories of him during those years. It appears that he was a very special man to so many . Our condolences, The Andrews Family, Peggy, Elaine, Janet, Nancy and Mary.

Ray has given us a treasure of great memories. Millie and I so loved spending time with he and Irene, except when Ray and I played Irene and Millie in Pedro and they would skunk us!! We really enjoyed their company and vacationed with them in S. Carolina and Hawaii...and of course, Arnold. Ray was a good golfer, but really, he was a great man and the best of friends. We send Irene and the family our love and Ray, God´s blessings. Al & Millie

Sorry to hear of Ray's passing.
