Reba Michelle Baldwin

My first memory of Reba was when I used to go over her house with my mom to visit. I would always be playing outside with my sister Tracie and my cousin Nicole. Whenever i would see Reba come outside, I would know she was going to the store, I would always ask her if I could go with her, Overall, I would rather go hang out with her and go to the store instead of playing outside, she was just a joy to be around.

I used to work with Reba. She was a fun but serious lady who took her job seriously. I was thinking of you and thought to look you up and am saddened to hear about your passing! Condolences to the family! Diane Sitz

I am deeply saddened to hear Reba`s passing. I worked for her at the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency. she was a wonderful lady. She was also a tough boss to work for. But, as often is the case, we learn more from those who were the toughest on us. I will never forget her, and I will always be thankful for the lessons she taught me. I have carried those lessons with me through my career and into retirement. Prayers and blessings for Reba and her family.
