Richie was 1 of a kind! He had the best stories that I will keep with me forever! He was a great neighbor to our family for 25 years! He always said "It never rains in Manahawkin"! He loved life and lived it to the fullest.

My prayers are with Cookie and her family. I will miss him, but I know that he is at peace and enjoying a drink & cigar in Heaven!
