Not sure what to say?

Dick was a special friend who I first had the pleasure of knowing since 7th grade, in the late 40's. Best basketball dribbler in the Lake Conference and also in the state. Watched his skill at the U of M where we both went.
A loss for everybody who knew Dick.

Todd and Troy,

The Glen Lake Mitey Mites have lost another great man. I will always remember him being the Green Gobbler in the annual coaches game. What fun times we had.

He will be missed, but his memories will live on.

You have my deepest sympathies.

Anthony Burke

My sincerest condolences. Dick was a staple at Eden Prairie HS basketball games the last few seasons. We could always count on him and Tom being perched in a corner of the gym - home or away - watching Grant play. We will miss him, but will always remember him as a part of those memorable seasons.

Ramona Todd and Troy (and family)...So sorry to hear about Dick's passing. He was such a great guy with a smile or a quick comment that always left you grinning! He will be missed and our thoughts and prayers are with you all! Love Stephen, Cara, Sammy and Avery Emmer

So Sorry, Dick was an example and idol of mine in the 50s and 60s. One of a kind but his memory brings nothing but smiles to me. Walt Buzz Johnson
