Richard Cicalo, 54, of Washington, died Sunday, Sept. 7, 2008, at his home, following a brief illness. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington. Visitation will begin at noon Wednesday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington.
