I'm so sad to learn that Richard is gone, but grateful to be reminded of him again. In high school, he was one of those people who carries a light within himself...and is more than happy to share it. I think we met in government class in our junior year. I was new and nerdy. He was popular, successful and very funny. He treated me like he was delighted to be my friend. Every time I've thought about Richard in the 35 years hence, I've smiled. Rest easy, Richard. You are loved.
