Not sure what to say?

To the Harrington Family,

Words cannot express my sadness and sorrow over Dick's untimely death. I have hundreds of wonderful memories of Dick and your family that I cherish and it is my belief that our faith will see us all through our loss. My prayer for Dick is that he knows peace and that as we continue our journey here, we proudly remember TMDC with love and joy. Know that I hold you all in my heart. May peace be with you all. Love, Anne Heath, RSM

Until 2003/2004 I didn't know my Uncle Dick very well. I live in Ireland and my base camp in the US was always Phillie. Consequently I only saw Dick at major family functions and on the rare occasions when both the Harrington and Gallagher contingencies of the Dooley family were in Phillie at the same time. Before Dick and Roe came to Ireland in 2004 the only memories I have of my uncle are of his steady, quiet presence at family functions. I wasn't used to large crowds and was often a little...

Dear Roe, Pamela, Patrick and Brendan,
The Ruppert family is very sorry to hear of the loss of Dick Harrington. Jake and I have such fond memories of both Roe and Dickie and it started in 1974. Jake went to St. Joe's prep and West Point with Dick. We were fortunate to see them at Ft. Sill and in Germany. We kept running into them at the 30th year reunion at West Point and we were so excited to get reacquainted . We were so happy to hear they lived in Charlotte, NC since Bette has two...

To the Harrington Family:

I work for an architecture firm here in Charlotte, and met Dick while working on some Wachovia renovations. He was always a very kind, pleasant person to work with.
He will surely be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Take Care and God Bless.

My sincerest condolences to the entire Harrington family.

I am a member of the West Point Class of 1976 and recently re-located to Charlotte. I just spoke to Dick at the IJL office building two weeks ago.

I am very sorry for your loss. God's peace be with you in this time of sorrow.

Dear Rosemary,
Even though I did not get to know Dick, I know that he was a great husband and family man from all the nice things said about him in this Guest Book and in the newspaper. From all of the Directors at the bank, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the Harrington Family;
Please except our prayers and condolences on the passing of your son Dick.
I have known your whole family and went to day camp with Dickie in the sixties at Gwynedd Mercy.
He was a great friend who I got to talk to about 6 years ago at a Reading Phillies Game.
Mr. & Mrs Harrington, you have one of the nicest families who I ever met and always treated me like on of your family.
Rest in Peace Dickie. I will never forget you.
Your old...
