My sincere prayers and condolences to The Turner Family. Mr. Turner was truly my favorite police officer in the world!! He knew my whole family, so it was hard getting away with doing anything wrong in Harlingen. Mr. Turner would see me around town and always stopped wherever he was going, even in the squad car, to check up on me and to make sure that I was staying out of trouble.
