BERNARDINI, Robert Marrin, 79, formerly of Richmond, died at his home in Lake Mary, Florida on June 13, 2008 following an extended illness. He was predeceased by his son, Robert Mark Bernardini Sr.; parents, Frank and Margaret Bernardini; four brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his devoted wife, Linda; grandson, Robert Mark Bernardini Jr. of Richmond; sisters, Anita Flynn (Frank) of Michigan and Teresa McGirt (Edd) of Glendale, Va.; sisters-in-law, Doris and Betty Bernardini; special nephew, Michael Gerloff of Virginia Beach; and other family members and friends. Mr. Bernardini was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, having served during the Korean War. He was a past member of the Richmond East Moose Lodge. While living in Richmond, he owned Quality Plastering and Dry Wall, Inc. Graveside services will be held 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2008 in Signal Hill Cemetery, Hanover. Arrangements by Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond.
