I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Cutter's passing away (or return home). Bob always had great Oswego stories to share when he came to the Little White School Museum. And he always loved to talk about going to school with my sister Dena. I have wonderful memories of the Cutter/Oswego stories that he shared with me while having a great twinkle in his eye, as he told the "secrets" of his hometown.
