My first Intro to WC at Liberty Mutual was handling your account as a Claims Examiner with Jelly Belly. I remember the "Tony the Tuna" one way fishing trip stories that kept me laughing. You taught me a lot, kept me laughing and was always honest, fair, geniune and straight forward. Your ability to connect to people , knowing their first names and their families always amazed me.
