Not sure what to say?

Just learned of Bob's passing when I was trying to contact him. I am absolutely heartbroken and my heart goes out to his family. He was a wonderful neighbor from back in the 1970s when we lived on Elmwood Street in Grand Rapids. He was very much part of our inner circle and was like family. Of the many things I remember about Bob was seeing him in his driveway across the street from us working on something nearly every day. It was either tinkering with motorcycles or cars, or sometimes...

I miss you My "cousin" I think about you everyday, you told me don´t give up!! One day we meet again I would like to meet your family!! God bless you

I got to know Robb through my study of the history of the Nortier familiy and had email-contact with him some months before he died. A pity that it could not last longer. Love, from the Netherlands. Marja

I am so sorry, I just found out that Rob has passed. I had no idea. I am his AAA agent and had a great relationship with him. Rest in Peace Rob, you deserve it.

I would like to send you my condolences He called me my cuzzy in France I am very very sad of his death, he was a great man Even if he didn´t believe in god, I am sure he went to paradise Rest in peace Robb I know how much pain is to loose a father, a brother or a sun, I am totally with you in my thoughts

So very sorry to hear about Robb. He was a good friend to me. We were contra dancing friends, and he was so helpful when I needed advice on home repairs and car fixing. When Robb was out with people he always seemed to find a face he knew, had a warm greeting to share and a laugh and twinkle in his eye, that I can hear as I write this. To his boys, he loved to talk about their current achievements and was proud to be their dad. Robb will be missed. RIP My friend.

I am so sorry we missed the service for Robb. I just read this obituary today (sunday) was was a very special traveling partner of mine while going to weekend contra dances. He introduced me to so many other dancers. I will miss him

RIP Robb.....I was not among your close friends.....but I know that old motorcycles and their devotees will miss you! Smooth riding forever!

I met Robb through contra dance and instantly liked him. For a few years when traveling to and from Florida I would meet Robb at a Subway near his Georgia, home where this 2019 photo was taken. It was always a special time for me and I called him from that Subway in June, for old times sake, though I knew he was in Michigan. I left a voicemail and he soon responded with a text, excitedly thanking me for thinking of him. I'll always remember Robb as a friend I greatly enjoyed being...
