Not sure what to say?

I was a customer of Selby Motors in Redwood City for several years, until I went into the Navy... purchased 4 motorcycles from him. His was a fantastic dealership, I was always very well taken care of! RIP, Roger...

I was a friend and customer of Roger's while he had his store in Redwood City. I'm not embarrassed to say I loved the man. He was as honest and sincere and empathetic as a man can be. I only learned today that he is gone. Godspeed, Roger Selby, you'll be missed by lots of good people...

I just found out. I met Roger in SF. I was working the parts counter at Munroe Motors in the mid 80's. Roger was Selby Sales at that time. What a great guy. He was one of the few sales reps that seemed to come in just to talk. He told me about his motorcycle land speed adventures. I'm from Hawaii, I was in my early 20's, those stories sounded so exotic! I've been working on a '72 H2. In my old bike stuff I found a Selby Sales plate frame. It's on the bike now :) I hope you enjoy it.

Roger, You are such an AWESOME person. You were the best person and sponsor. Wish I could see you once more. Miss you my friend!!!

Ah Roger, I'm gonna miss ya. I worked for him as a teenager into my mid twenties. A nice, nice man.

Richard Palmer's 300K at Bonneville

Roger was a fine man. Always enjoyed our visits at 300 club events, loved talking cars and being a friend. Not an easy time. May your many fond memories of life with Roger give you strength at this time.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

So long old friend--until we meet again.

Carolyn & Family: We pray that faith, family and friends will sustain and comfort you at this time. Like so many others we remember and treasure the all-too-few hours spent with you and Roger.
