Dear Skiby Family,
I'm so sorry for your great loss! I will never forget Roger's wonderful laugh and his warm smile. He was always kind and gentle. I feel blessed to have known him.

We feel so bad for the loss of a Fantastic Man! I had the oppertunity to serve as Roger's Bishop for a period of time. What a great inspiration to our ward! Our thoughts and prayers go out to you, the Skiby family. May Roger's legacy of warmth and a friendly smile remain with us all.

Dear Friends
Gary and I are so sorry to hear of Roger passing. We send our love and prays.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Norm, It seems like only last weeek that
Roger, You, Bert, JL and all the rest were on the hill having so much fun! Roger made the bad days turn out to be good ones. Roger could make anyone feel better. He had the kind of laugh that made everyone start to laugh! Norm, you and Roger are the best of people and I remember you both fondly.
My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead.

My sincere love is extended to the Skiby family. How do I begin? Roger was more than a cousin, he and his whole family were more like my brothers and sisters than cousins. Our ages were close together, and we saw one another frequently. My fondest childhood memories are closely entwined with Sheriff Roger. My love and thoughts are with you. Love, Carol Jones Stringer. In my heart Roger holds a special place for his friendship. In high school he always made me fell welcome with his kindness. I will always remember the laughter I shared with him. His old high school friend will miss him.

Skiby Family
We are so sorry for your loss. We love your family, you are all very special. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

Roger has been a friend since 2005, when we both needed "a friend", at the LDS church. Roger was and is still a very special, kind person.
