Roma Minton Obituary
Ft. Thomas - Roma June Minton "RJ", 93, of Fort Thomas died April 27 after a brave and defiant battle against cancer. She is survived by her son Brad (Becky) Loar of Lawrenceville, GA; daughter Deatra Loar (Joe) Neary of Dayton, KY; grandson Chris (Ari) Loar of St. Petersburg , FL; great-grandson Tyler Loar and great-granddaughter Logan Loar; 3 siblings and many nieces and nephews. Services will take place date in Fort Wayne/ New Haven IN. at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes.
The family expresses heartfelt appreciation to RJ's many special friends she found in NKY, the staff and residents of the Barrington of Fort Thomas, St Elizabeth Hospice, radiology, nurses, and therapists, for the visiting, love, compassion, and care provided to RJ and family during these recent months.

Dee and family,
RJ was my BFF and I'm thankful for the time I got to spend with her and get to be friends with her. She was a competitive euchre player and always had funny things to say to make me laugh. Our many talks and visits will forever be remembered and the love she had for her family was never left unsaid.
Thank you for the opportunity of knowing and loving RJ!!!!
While missing her is tough right now, I hope knowing she was such a wonderful lady and loved by those whose lives she touched brings comfort to your family.
